AFTER 15 GLORIOUS YEARS , OUR LADIES ONLY SPA, THE BOUTIQUE WELLNESS SPA AT LENSFIELD HOTEL WILL CLOSE IT’S OPERATIONS ON THE 20TH DECEMBER 2025.

We are sorry to be closing and would like to thank all our customers past and present for your custom and loyalty over the years.

Health and Safety guidelines:

Health & Safety has always been of paramount importance to us. It is important that we follow all the health guidelines, but remain positive that we can still offer what we do best.  Please refer to our Post Covid Measures listed on our website and that will still remain in place.

THE OPENING TIMES WILL BE: 10.30 a.m and close at 3 p.m – Tuesdays- Saturdays – There is currently only 1 Therapist working until 20.12.2025.

** The SPA is closed on Sundays, Mondays.

OUR ON LINE E- SHOP WILL REMAIN OPEN.  WE WILL CONITINUE TO STOCK ALL OUR WONDERFUL PRODUCTS FOR YOUR AT HOME USE.

Especially as the “at-home spa” concept has grown in popularity. Even with our physical spa closure, our product lines continue to be widely available through various online and in-store channels.  

Frequently asked questions re; Orders and Deliveries – How safe are our deliveries?

– All of our deliveries are now contactless: no need for you to provide a physical signature. Royal mail will place your parcels at your front door, knock and step back to ensure you have received it.

– If you are not home, they will follow the usual ‘missed delivery’ process.

Can you deliver within the normal time frames?

– this will depend on the demands of Royal Mail. Although we hope to have your products with you by your estimated delivery date, we are unable to guarantee this at this time.
